UK eHealth Association was established in December 1998. At present the Board of Trustees has 3 members, listed below; the Board will increase in size following election of further members at the AGM.

Founders of UKTA
The UKTA was established in December 1998. Initially the Board of Trustees had 3 members, Dr Ricky Richardson (Chairman), Prof Keith Freeman (Chief Executive) and Mr Terry Dennis (Treasurer). For biographies, photos and contact details, click on their name.

The board will increase in size following election of further members at the AGM. For details of the constitution of the UKTA see Articles of the Association. The company secretary is Mr Stephen Ronaldson.

Both Dr Ricky J Richardson and Dr Keith Freeman have had considerable experience in telemedicine for the last five to ten years. Mr Terry Dennis has 20 years experience of financial management at a senior level.
